/mɛˈzwiːl/ Inspired from the resemblance to the French word "merveille" and the Italian "meraviglia," both signifying "wonder" and "marvel."
Product Questions
What materials are your jewelry made from?
Our jewelry is made from high quality materials including solid S925 silver, plated with 18k gold, embellished with freshwater pearls, mother of pearl and natural gemstones.
Is your jewelry waterproof?
We use sterling silver and 18k gold vermeil which means it is water safe. However, we recommend avoiding exposure to water and chemicals to preserve the shine of the jewelry pieces.

What do I do if I never received my order?
Carrier tracking would provide you with up-to-date information about your package. If it gets stuck or never gets delivered to you, please contact us so that we can assist you with the next steps.
Return Questions
What is the return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

What is the cancellation policy?
If you cancel your order before it ships, a 5% bank transaction fees will be deducted from the total amount paid for any cancellations.
This fee is to cover the credit card processing fees charged by our payment processor, which are non-refundable.
Should you accidentally order the wrong item ,please contact us via email at: mezuille@mezuille.com to make changes to your order before it is shipped,. Do not place another order with the correct items.
Once the order is shipped and in transit to your destination, we do not accept cancellations.
How long does a refund take?
Once we initiate a refund, most major credit card providers generally take 5-7 business days to process before it appears in your bank account.

How do I make changes to an order I have already placed?
The best way to change your order is to contact us directly. If an order is shipped, we won't be able to make any changes to your order and you would need to place a new order.
