Refund policy

Cancellations & Pre-Shipment Changes
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at mezuille@mezuille.com. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will gladly accommodate your request.

Please note that all pre-shipment cancellations incur a 5% transaction fee, which will be automatically deducted from your total refund amount. This fee covers the credit card processing costs charged by our merchant processor, which are non-refundable to us.

Should you accidentally select the wrong item, please email us to modify the existing order instead of placing a brand-new order. Once an order has been shipped and is in transit, we cannot accept any cancellations or changes.

 

Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an official return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact condition you received it: unworn, unused, and inside its original Mezuille packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at mezuille@mezuille.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will be rejected.

The customer assumes full responsibility for all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Mezuille cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
 To maintain strict hygiene standards and respect the organic nature of our materials, certain types of items are strictly excluded from returns and exchanges:
• Earrings (due to hygiene regulations)
• Engraved or customized products
• Sample sale items and Final Sale products
• Items worn or used as a previous replacement/exchange (items can only be exchanged once)
• Gift cards

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the piece you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted and processed, you can make a separate, independent purchase for the new item on our store.

 

Customer Operational Responsibilities
Before finalizing your purchase at checkout, please ensure that all personal details are completely correct. Mezuille does not accept responsibility, cancellations, or exchanges for customer ordering errors, including incorrect item selections, wrong quantities, or misspelled names.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately. If the package has not left our warehouse, we will update it. However, Mezuille assumes no liability for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, nor for shipments lost due to address inaccuracies. In these cases, the customer must coordinate directly with the shipping carrier or their insurance provider.

 

Stolen, Refused, and Lost Packages
The customer accepts full responsibility for monitoring tracking and securing their delivery location. Mezuille cannot be held accountable or liable for packages where the carrier tracking status formally states "Delivered." We are not responsible for packages stolen from your doorstep, porch, or building after delivery confirmation. The customer must file any claims for damaged, stolen, or lost transit directly with the shipping carrier.

Please DO NOT refuse delivery under any circumstances. Refused or rejected packages are frequently destroyed or abandoned by third-party international logistics hubs. If an order is rejected at delivery and the package is subsequently lost or destroyed, Mezuille assumes no liability and no refund will be issued.
