Shipping policy

Order Processing & Timelines
We process all standard, in-stock orders within 3 business days. If you place your order on a non-business day (weekends or public holidays), your order will begin processing on the following business day. Please note that holiday deliveries may experience minor transit delays of 1–2 business days due to holiday carrier schedules.

Delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates and cannot be strictly guaranteed. If your package experiences an unexpected delay, please contact us at mezuille@mezuille.com so we can investigate with the logistics provider.

 

Preorders
We provide an estimated shipping date for all preorder items; however, this date is a projected timeline and cannot be guaranteed. Preorders are charged in full at the time of purchase. If your order contains a combination of both in-stock and preorder items, the entire order will be held and shipped together once the preorder items become available.

 

Shipping Origin & Tracking 
Our central fulfillment warehouse is based in China. Once your package lands in your destination country, it will be handed over to and delivered by your local domestic carrier.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link to follow your delivery. Please allow 1–3 business days after dispatch for your tracking information to update and display in the system. Transit time calculations begin on the first business day following actual shipment.

 

Delivery Restrictions & Customer Responsibility
We support shipping to standard residential addresses and PO Boxes. However, please note that we do not ship to military addresses (APO, FPO, or DPO).

Before finalizing your purchase, please ensure all shipping details are accurate. Mezuille is not responsible for failed delivery attempts caused by customer negligence, including providing incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, invalid contact numbers, or incorrect consignee names. In these instances, we are completely unable to issue a refund.

 

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
All shipments departing our warehouse are subject to initial delivery taxes. Consequently, additional customs duties or import taxes are generally rare upon arrival in the destination country. However, should any local customs fees, import duties, or clearance taxes be assessed by your local government, these charges must be paid entirely by the customer.

Customers assume full liability for all return shipping costs, customs charges, and administrative handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. In strict accordance with international customs regulations, Mezuille cannot declare purchased items as "gifts" or list a commercial value lower than the actual retail price paid for the product.

As the recipient, it is your legal obligation to cooperate with local customs officials and provide any requested documentation to facilitate customs clearance. Failure or refusal to cooperate with customs authorities may result in transit delays, return-to-sender actions, or parcel confiscation. Mezuille cannot be held liable for packages held or destroyed due to a lack of customs cooperation, and refunds will not be issued.

 

Stolen & Lost Packages
Once a package is handed over to our shipping carriers, physical delivery operations are out of our direct control. Any official claims for lost packages must be filed with us within 30 days of the original shipment date.

If your tracking status explicitly states "Delivered" but you have not physically received the package, please contact us immediately via email. While Mezuille will gladly help you open a formal inquiry and follow up with the logistics company, the customer retains ultimate liability for securing their delivery location. Mezuille cannot be held liable or responsible for packages that are stolen from doorsteps or residential properties after a successful delivery confirmation has been issued by the carrier.

 

Shipping Damage & Accidents
If your package or jewelry arrives damaged, missing components, or shows visible signs of tampering, please execute the following steps immediately:

  1. Clearly note the visible damage on the carrier's receipt before signing for acceptance (if a signature is required).

  2. Contact our customer support team at mezuille@mezuille.com within two business days of arrival.

  3. Save all damaged packing materials, outer boxes, and mailers for physical inspection.

  4. Take clear, high-resolution photographs of both the damaged jewelry pieces and the raw shipping packaging.
